Hardware Requirements:

Pentium 4 1600 MHz or better 512 Mbyte of memory or better.

Native DICOM

All data are being processed in DICOM 3 Format. Non DICOM Formats are only used for import/export for these formats.

DICOM Send

Sending to other DICOM 3 compliant nodes is possible. The number of possible nodes is not limited.

DICOM Print

A variety of different print modes (all supporting DICOM Print are available.  Standard DICOM Printers are supported.

Paper Print

Identical functionality like with DICOM Print is implemented with every Viewer. Several Printers can be addressed at the same time.

DICOM Query

Querying other DICOM 3 Nodes is possible.

Window/Level

Window and Level can be adjusted manually or using modality or organ specific presets.

Multiple Display

Display of several examinations at the same time is possible (e.g. for comparison reasons).

 Filters

A variety of filters and lookup tables are  available for image post processing.

Database

The local database is based on a standard relational database model.

GUI

The user interface is configurable and intuitive.

Speed

The system is equipped wit a very fast DICOM toolkit and can  achieve state of the art  transmission rates.

Measurement

A variety of measurement and annotation functions are implemented.

Modality specific settings

The GUI can adapt to the image material currently displayed.

Annotation Management

Annotations can be configured automatically adapting the modality type displayed. This function is available for printing as well.

Patient CD

A CD can be created for every patient. The CD then contains a WEB formatted copy of all images plus the images stored in DICOM 3 compliant format with an additional DICOM Viewer embedded.
